ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Agri-Marché inc. and Lactech Inc. (the “Companies”) are private companies subject to the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. This Act allows a person who requests it to have access to personal information held by the Societies and concerning him, if this information is recorded in a document on the date of the request, and subject to certain restrictions on the right of access provided by law. The person in charge of access to documents and the protection of personal information is the person to whom a written request must be sent.
